Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience.
• Director-level exposure with hands-on operational delivery or drug development in Cardiology.
• Experience in CRO industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to craft differentiating strategies.
• Develop long-term implementation strategies considering market trends.
• Guide Project Leader to present strategy to client and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer and bid defense meetings.
• Ensure budgets align with financial goals, including Gross New Business.
