Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global CRO experience in oncology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, medical, and operations.
• Proficient in regulatory standards (GCP/ICH) and drug development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored delivery strategies for RFP/bid defense.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to craft compelling proposals.
• Scan landscape and build long-term implementation plans.
• Mentor Project Leader to present strategy to clients.
• Support bid defenses and customer meetings.
• Ensure budgets meet financial goals and Gross New Business.
