Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking a Store Manager for Strada Outlet to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a high‑performing team. You will recruit and train staff, conduct reviews, and monitor KPIs while ensuring brand standards and loss prevention guidelines are followed.

The role requires fluent English, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel for openings and training sessions. You will report to the Area Manager and contribute to a vibrant retail environment.

Qualifications

2-4 years of management experience in retail.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve the store’s objectives (sales and KPIs).
Ensure excellent customer service in-store in line with the brand values and PUMA service standards.
Recruit, manage, and train the team; conduct performance reviews.
Lead team briefings and analyze customer behavior to drive the business.
Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention procedures and safety policies.
Participate in new store openings and training sessions; travel may be required.
Maintain Visual Merchandising according to PUMA standards.
