PUMA Europe GmbH - Sucursal em Portugal is seeking a Store Support to assist the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our retail floor in Lisbon. The role focuses on achieving KPIs, managing staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will spend most of your time on the sales floor coaching teammates, supervising scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention, while upholding PUMA’s values and brand standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in retail, including 1 year in a managerial or senior staff role.
• Experience achieving sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Strong analytical skills to analyse customer trends and performance.

Responsabilidades

• Support store manager to meet or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Promote excellent customer service aligned with brand values.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of store staff.
• Spend majority of time on the sales floor coaching employees.
• Assist with store operations, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention.
