Job summary

PUMA Europe GmbH - Sucursal em Portugal is seeking an experienced retail store manager to lead a high‑performing team in the Lisbon area. You will drive store sales, achieve KPIs, and ensure exceptional customer service in line with the PUMA values.

Responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, training the team; conducting performance reviews; managing inventory and Loss Prevention; and coordinating with the Area Manager on business insights. Travel may be required for openings and training.

YOUR MISSION

• Responsible for achieving the store’s objectives (sales and KPIs).
• Ensure excellent customer service in-store in line with the brand values and PUMA service standards.
• Responsible for the recruitment, management, and training of the team.
• Conduct Performance Reviews.
• Lead team briefings.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchasing trends, and competitive information to drive the business and provide feedback to the Area Manager.
• Manage Loss Prevention.
• Directly responsible for ensuring compliance with Loss Prevention procedures within the store.
• Manage inventory.
• Participate in new store openings and attend all required training sessions; travel may be required.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising according to PUMA standards.
• Execute all necessary requirements to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for store staff.
• Responsible for compliance with company Policies and Procedures.

YOUR TALENT
