Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking a Store Manager for Strada Outlet to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a high‑performing team. You will recruit and train staff, conduct reviews, and monitor KPIs while ensuring brand standards and loss prevention guidelines are followed.

The role requires fluent English, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel for openings and training sessions. You will report to the Area Manager and contribute to a vibrant retail environment.

• 2-4 years of management experience in retail.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the store’s objectives (sales and KPIs).
• Ensure excellent customer service in-store in line with the brand values and PUMA service standards.

• Responsible for achieving the store’s objectives (sales and KPIs).

• Responsible for the recruitment, management, and training of the team.
• Conduct Performance Reviews.
• Lead team briefings.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchasing trends, and competitive information to drive the business and provide feedback to the Area Manager.
• Directly responsible for ensuring compliance with Loss Prevention procedures within the store.
• Participate in new store openings and attend all required training sessions; travel may be required.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising according to PUMA standards.
• Execute all necessary requirements to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for store staff.
• Responsible for compliance with company Policies and Procedures.
• 2-4 years of management experience in retail, managing both teams and products.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
