• Three years in retail with supervision or senior staff experience.

• Effective recruiter, coach, and performance reviewer.
• Capable of scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention tasks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience per brand values.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff; provide feedback.
• Spend significant time on the sales floor coaching customers and staff.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention controls.
• Back up store manager during absence and manage daily operations.
