Job summary

PUMA Europe GmbH - Sucursal em Portugal is seeking an experienced retail store manager to lead a high‑performing team in the Lisbon area. You will drive store sales, achieve KPIs, and ensure exceptional customer service in line with the PUMA values.

Responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, training the team; conducting performance reviews; managing inventory and Loss Prevention; and coordinating with the Area Manager on business insights. Travel may be required for openings and training.

Qualifications

2-4 years of management experience in retail, managing both teams and products.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Leadership abilities to drive performance.

Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving the store’s objectives (sales and KPIs).
Ensure excellent customer service in-store in line with brand values and service standards.
Recruit, manage, and train the team; conduct performance reviews.
Lead team briefings and analyze customer behavior to drive business.
Manage Loss Prevention and inventory; ensure safe working environment.
Participate in new store openings and training; travel may be required.
