Job summary

PUMA is seeking a Store Manager in the Lisbon area to drive sales, KPIs, and brand standards. You will recruit, train, and manage the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure loss prevention and inventory control.

Fluent English is mandatory, and you should be proficient with MS Office. The role may require travel and involvement in training sessions and new store openings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving the store's objectives (sales and KPIs).
• Ensure excellent customer service in-store in line with the brand values and PUMA service standards.
• Responsible for the recruitment, management, and training of the team.
• Conduct Performance Reviews.
• Lead team briefings.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchasing trends, and competitive information to drive the business and provide feedback to the Area Manager.
• Manage Loss Prevention.
• Directly responsible for ensuring compliance with Loss Prevention procedures within the store.
• Manage inventory.
• Participate in new store openings and attend all required training sessions; travel may be required.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising according to PUMA standards.
• Execute all necessary requirements to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for store staff.
• Responsible for compliance with company Policies and Procedures.
