PUMA Group in Portugal seeks a Store Support Manager to assist the Store Manager in driving sales, achieving KPIs and profitability while upholding the brand’s values. You’ll primarily engage with customers on the sales floor and coach staff to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include operations, scheduling, inventory, loss prevention, and performance analysis, plus recruiting, training and developing the team to maintain a high-performance retail environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in retail with 1 year in a managerial or senior role.
• Proven ability to drive sales, improve KPIs and profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service in line with brand values.
• Recruit, train, develop and manage store staff; conduct performance feedback.
• Spend 90% of time on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching.
• Oversee store operations including POS, scheduling, and compliance.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Identify, diagnose and act on store performance metrics (CR, UPT, ATV).
• Back up store manager when needed and ensure smooth daily operations.
