PUMA is seeking a Store Manager in Portugal to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold the brand standards. You will recruit, train, and motivate the team while ensuring excellent customer service and strong visual merchandising. This role may involve travel for training and openings.

You will manage inventory, analyze shopper trends, and enforce loss prevention procedures, reporting to the Area Manager. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

• 2-4 years of management experience in retail, managing both teams and products.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Achieve the store’s objectives (sales and KPIs).
• Provide excellent customer service in-store in line with brand values and Puma service standards.
• Recruit, manage, and train the team.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Lead team briefings.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchasing trends, and competitive information to drive the business and provide feedback to the Area Manager.
• Manage loss prevention.
• Directly responsible for ensuring compliance with Loss Prevention procedures within the store.
• Manage inventory.
• Participate in new store openings and attend all required training sessions; travel may be required.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising according to PUMA standards.
• Execute all necessary requirements to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for store staff.
• Responsible for compliance with company Policies and Procedures.
