Kats Recruitment seeks a Spanish-speaking Technical Support Specialist for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support healthcare professionals, clinics, and patients with medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health tools, ensuring safety and smooth operation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documentation, incident escalation per regulatory standards, and coordinating warranties and parts logistics.

Formación

• Native or near-native Spanish (C1/C2) with strong verbal and written skills.
• Solid English (B2+) for internal comms, training, and logging.
• Interest/experience in healthcare or medical tech.
• Detail-oriented with patient-centric demeanor.
• Good technical aptitude with ability to explain complex instructions clearly.
• On-site availability in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Spanish-language customer care and technical support via phone, email, and portals.
• Assist providers, pharmacies, and patients with device setup and troubleshooting.
• Guide users through proper usage and product documentation.
• Log and classify inquiries and incidents in validated medical CRM systems.
• Elevate adverse events and safety incidents per ISO/MDR/FDA guidelines.
• Coordinate device replacements, returns, and spare parts logistics.
• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with healthcare data laws.
