Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Spanish speaker with strong communication skills to support customers of an international medical device company. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolve issues, and deliver an outstanding service experience while meeting quality and productivity targets.

This 12-month contract offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour rotating shifts, relocation support, health insurance and language training.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
• English B1/B2 level.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customers through phone, email and chat online.
• Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
