Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking customer services agent to join our international medical device team. You will support customers via phone, email and chat, resolve enquiries, and provide accurate information to ensure an outstanding experience.

The role is a 40-hour week with rotating shifts, in Portugal, starting 23 November. The package includes health insurance, language classes, relocation support, and potential renewal after 12 months.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
• English B1/B2.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customers via phone, email and chat online.
