Responsabilités

• Provide customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist business customers with account registration and onboarding.
• Support merchants with setting up and using digital payment solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving payment applications, card readers, and accessories.
• Assist customers with product orders and delivery-related enquiries.
• Provide information about financial transactions, deposits, and activity reports.
• Guide users through payment processing and account management functionalities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Promote additional services and products through upselling when relevant.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve technical or financial enquiries professionally.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer service quality standards.
