Twentooconsulting in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist Spanish-speaking merchants for an international fintech company. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat and support onboarding and account management.

Join a team delivering technical support for payment apps and card readers, resolving transaction questions and order-related inquiries. On-site shifts 15:00–00:00 with relocation and full training benefits.

Position: Customer Support Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Spanish-speaking merchants of an international financial technology company specialising in digital payments and point-of-sale solutions

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and chat in a professional and friendly manner

• Assist merchants with account creation, onboarding and general account management

• Provide technical support for payment applications, card readers and related accessories

• Resolve enquiries related to transactions, deposits, payment processing and activity reports

• Support customers with product orders, logistics and delivery-related questions

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services when appropriate

• Document interactions accurately and collaborate with internal teams on complex cases

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Spanish and English at B2 level minimum

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Good technical aptitude and basic troubleshooting abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable using computers and digital customer support tools

• Commercial awareness and willingness to identify upselling opportunities

• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, between 15:00 and 00:00

• Previous experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Payments or FinTech is an advantage
