Job summary

Devoteam in Porto/Gaia is seeking an IT Support professional fluent in Spanish to join our client’s team. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, on-site and remote support, and effective communication with teams in Spain and Portugal.

Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, and understanding Portuguese is also required. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel are expected as travel to different locations may occur.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency is mandatory.
• Experience in IT Support/Helpdesk in a professional setting is expected.
• Proficiency in Portuguese or ability to understand it is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users, remotely or on-site.
• Configure, install, and troubleshoot hardware and software in Windows environments.
• Support IT Operations projects, including setup of new stores.
• Manage hardware and software inventory.
• Perform maintenance and repair of IT equipment.
• Carry out preventive visits and on-site assistance as needed.
• Install network cabling and organize IT racks and data centre infrastructure.
• Ensure information and IT systems security and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
