Cross Border Talents is recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer experience company for a Spanish & English Customer Support Specialist to join a project for a major Spanish Airline. Based on-site in Lisbon, you will act as the first point of contact for passengers, providing support for flight bookings, inquiries, and customer care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires native or high fluency in Spanish and at least English B1, with immediate joiners (Sept 17, 2026).

Qualificações

• Native or high fluency in Spanish.
• Intermediate English (B1 level).
• Location & Work Model: On-site in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer inquiries, flight reservations, and service requests via phone and email.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, ticketing, and airline policies.
• Resolve passenger issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
