Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Spanish & English Customer Support Specialist to join a major Spanish Airline project on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first contact for passengers, handling bookings, inquiries, and customer care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires native-level Spanish and English at B1, with strong communication and a customer-oriented approach. Immediate joiners are requested; relocation to Lisbon is expected for this on-site position.

Qualificações

• Native or high fluency in Spanish required.
• Intermediate English (B1) level or higher.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Good digital literacy and ability to use basic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle passenger inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide information on flight schedules, tickets, and policies.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately in the system.
