Qualifications

• Native or high fluency in Spanish with strong English (B1) proficiency.
• On-site role based in Lisbon, Portugal; relocation required.
• Immediate joiners required; Start Date: September 17, 2026.
• Excellent communication, customer focus, and basic digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email for flight bookings and service requests.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, tickets, and airline policies.
• Resolve passenger issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
