Job summary

Recruityard in Porto is hiring a Spanish Customer Support Advisor to join an international hospitality/travel project on site. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and escalating issues when needed.

We value strong communication and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma is required, Spanish at C2, and willingness to work in a 24/7 rotation schedule. Meal allowance and monthly performance bonus are provided.

We are recruiting Spanish Customer Support Advisors to join an international project within the hospitality/travel sector to work onsite in Porto.

Main responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat
• Handle customer questions, complaints and service-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently
• Escalate cases when necessary
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements

• Spanish: C2
• High school diploma
• Previous Customer Service experience is valued, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work onsite
• Availability for rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation

Conditions

• Meal allowance: €8.50 per worked day
• Performance bonus of up to €120/month, applicable from the 4th month onwards
