Recruityard in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish Customer Support Advisor to assist customers across phone, email, and chat channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve service issues, and strive to deliver a positive customer experience while working in a dynamic 24/7 environment.

Requirements include Spanish at C2 level, a high school diploma, and willingness to work onsite with rotating shifts. Prior customer service experience is valued but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish (C2) required or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.

Conditions

• Meal allowance: €8.50 per worked day
• Performance bonus of up to €120/month, applicable from the 4th month onwards
