Job summary

RDN CONS in Porto, Portugal, is seeking enthusiastic Spanish-speaking candidates for a full-time customer support role on-site. Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome, as full training will be provided to help you start your career in an international environment.

You will join an international team supporting a leading travel and accommodation platform, assisting customers with bookings, enquiries and service issues.

Qualifications

• Spanish C2 with C1 proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• English B2.
• EU citizenship is mandatory.
• High school diploma.
• Currently living in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to provide a clean criminal record.
• No previous experience required – fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, accommodation enquiries and service-related issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Mediate between customers and service providers when necessary.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
