We are hiring multilingual professionals for an on-site B2B customer support opportunity in Lisbon, Portugal.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Languages: Fluent English + Spanish or Catalan
Base salary: €930 gross/month
Complexity bonus: €65
Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day

Your responsibilities

• Identify problems and provide accurate solutions.

Requirements

Working schedule

• Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday.
• 24/7 coverage, including night shifts.
