Cross Border Talents is hiring a Spanish-English B2B Customer Service Representative for an advertising technology company, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll provide B2B support to advertisers via email and chat, handle end-to-end product troubleshooting, and collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering on technical and product queries. You'll educate advertisers on product features and contribute to customer satisfaction, with relocation support and a meal allowance.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and/or a Contact Centre for an Advertising Technology company.
• Familiarity with social media products and digital advertising basics.
• Strong customer service orientation; able to work independently and in a team.

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Spanish-English B2B Customer Service Representative for an advertising technology company, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal) — relocation support provided
Schedule: Initially Mon–Sun, 07:00–19:00 (two shift options); may move to 24/7 rotational shifts in future, with 2 rotational days off
