The role includes comprehensive onboarding, paid training, and a 12-month contract with potential for permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Advanced to fluent written and spoken English (C1 minimum).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, and strong de-escalation abilities.
• Tech aptitude: fast learner, capable of managing multiple software systems and learning product tools.
• Ability to handle confidential client information with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• SMB Growth: guide small and medium businesses in leveraging self-serve digital advertising solutions.
• Omnichannel Support: resolve inquiries via chat, email, and phone efficiently and professionally.
• Product Optimization: provide pre-sales and post-sales guidance on ad management tools.
• CSAT & Experience: maintain high customer satisfaction through warm, empathetic service.
