Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an Operations Customer Expert to help SMBs grow their digital advertising presence and optimize campaigns. You will support customers through chat, email, and phone while ensuring high CSAT and a smooth user experience.

You will join a multicultural team and receive comprehensive onboarding with ~15 working days of full-time training in English, plus a paid onboarding allowance.

Qualifications

• Advanced to fluent English (C1 minimum) written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and empathy.
• Fast learner capable of handling multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• SMB Business Growth: guide SMBs in leveraging self-serve digital advertising solutions.
• Omnichannel Support: resolve inquiries via chat, email and phone.
• Product Optimization: provide pre-sales and post-sales guidance on ad management tools.
• CSAT & Experience: maintain high customer satisfaction with empathetic service.
• Issue Resolution: de-escalate issues with strong communication and problem solving.
