Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support SMBs across Europe, helping them optimize their online advertising presence and manage self-serve tools.

You will deliver high-quality customer experience through chat, email, and phone while maintaining high CSAT standards, with onboarding and a 12-month contract that includes a pathway to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Advanced to fluent English communication (C1 minimum).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening and strong de-escalation abilities.
• Fast learner capable of managing multiple software systems and learning complex product tools.
• Ability to handle confidential client information with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• SMB Growth: Guide small and medium businesses in leveraging self-serve digital advertising solutions.
• Omnichannel Support: Resolve inquiries via chat, email, and phone efficiently and professionally.
• Product Optimization: Provide pre-sales and post-sales guidance on ad management tools.
• CSAT & Experience: Maintain high customer satisfaction through warm, empathetic service.
• Issue Resolution: De-escalate sensitive issues with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
