You will deliver high-quality customer experiences through chat, email, and phone channels, maintaining CSAT standards.

The role includes a 12-month initial contract with a clear pathway to permanent employment. Comprehensive onboarding and onboarding training are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required (C1 or higher).
• Strong empathy and communication skills with problem-solving ability.
• Able to learn multiple software tools quickly.
• Commitment to data privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• SMB growth: guide small and medium businesses to leverage self-serve digital advertising solutions.
• Omnichannel support: resolve inquiries via chat, email, and phone promptly and professionally.
• Product optimization: provide pre-sales and post-sales guidance on ad management tools.
• CSAT & experience: maintain high customer satisfaction with warm, empathetic service.
• Issue resolution: de-escalate and resolve customer issues with strong communication.
