Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an Operations Customer Expert to support SMBs across Europe in digital advertising. You will assist customers via chat, email, and phone while driving best-in-class service and campaign performance.

You'll work with self-serve advertising tools, deliver training, and maintain high CSAT, ensuring privacy and data integrity across multiple systems in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced to fluent English (C1) required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy.
• Tech aptitude to manage multiple software systems.
• Ability to handle confidential client information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• SMB Growth: guide SMBs in leveraging self-serve digital advertising.
• Omnichannel Support: resolve inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Product Optimization: provide guidance on ad management tools.
• CSAT & Experience: maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution: de-escalate sensitive customer issues with strong communication.
