Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Slovenian-speaking Solutions Consultant to join our international client in Bulgaria. You will be the main contact for Slovenian-speaking customers, delivering high-quality support, troubleshooting, and accurate information.

The role requires native or fluent Slovenian, strong communication skills, and the ability to relocate on-site to Sofia. English proficiency and prior client-facing or tech-support experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Slovenian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with an international team.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles or tech support is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Slovenian-speaking clients, providing high-quality support and resolution.
• Navigate complex customer inquiries, ensuring professional communication throughout the Customer Support Services lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to end-users.
• Meet and exceed daily KPIs set within the Customer Support Services framework.
• Represent the client brand with excellence, fostering long-term loyalty through empathetic and efficient service.
