Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify customer needs and deliver innovative solutions within the customer support services framework.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service documentation in our internal systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication strategies and improve satisfaction metrics.
• Navigate multiple digital tools to troubleshoot inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Ensure all service level agreements are met while maintaining a professional brand voice.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on trends in BPO and customer support.
