Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Dutch-speaking Solutions Consultant to join their on-site team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients via multiple channels, identify needs, and deliver innovative solutions. The role requires an EU passport and readiness to relocate, with training and health coverage provided.

Formación

• Proficient in Dutch (native or fluent) both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to navigate multiple digital tools and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify customer needs and deliver innovative solutions within the customer support services framework.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service documentation in internal systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication strategies and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• Navigate multiple digital tools to troubleshoot inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
• Ensure all service level agreements are met while maintaining a professional brand voice.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on trends in BPO and customer support services.
