Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] seeks a ServiceNow professional to join the ScaniaNow Platform Team, expanding to support the transformation journey of the ServiceNow platform. It enables ITSM, Asset Management, and Project & Portfolio Management, improving employee experience and workflows.

You will configure and administer the platform, collaborate with stakeholders, implement workflows, and ensure security, performance, and governance.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years hands-on ServiceNow experience as Administrator, Developer, or Platform Engineer
• Strong configuration, customization, and scripting on ServiceNow (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
• Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, automation, and platform features
• Proficient in web tech (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and REST/SOAP APIs
• Understand platform architecture, data model, and security concepts (ACLs, roles)
• Experience with integrations (IntegrationHub, MID Server, external systems)
• Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control (Git)
• Strong analytical, proactive, and communicative with stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Developing and configuring technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform following best practices
• Managing daily platform administration activities (performance, upgrades, patches, security)
• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Developing and implementing business processes (workflows, automation, integrations, reporting)
• Monitoring platform health, usage, and compliance across applications
• Managing update sets, deployments, and environment activities across instances
• Troubleshooting platform, integration, and workflow issues with timely resolution
• Maintaining technical documentation and operational manuals
• Contributing to governance, QA, and continuous improvement initiatives
