Wire IT, based in Portugal, seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join its hybrid Lisbon/Porto team. You will design and implement ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM solutions, build integrations, and automate processes to support a fast-moving IT landscape.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript and PowerShell skills, and ITIL knowledge. Enjoy a health plan, vacation, and flexible benefits as part of a growing international company.

Qualificações

• 3–7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, integrations and process automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Active Directory, Azure AD and LDAP.
• Strong JavaScript and PowerShell skills.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Python, XML and SQL/databases.
• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and cloud/container technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, AWS EKS or Azure AKS.
• Experience with ServiceNow enhancements, upgrades, deployments, monitoring and release coordination.
• Experience creating self-service solutions, support tools, reports, runbooks and technical documentation.
• Fluent English and strong collaboration skills across IT and business teams.
• ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow certification

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow-based solutions and platform components.
• Design integrations and automate IT processes within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver release-ready configurations.
• Create runbooks, reports and technical docs to support operations.
