Nordex SE is seeking a ServiceNow specialist in Porto, Portugal to own and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform, supporting IT and business processes across teams. You will manage backlogs, drive new workflows, and steer related projects, including change and release management, while coordinating with global stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years of ServiceNow experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualificações

Requires University degree and 3–5 years of ServiceNow experience.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and platform governance.
Ability to translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions and improvements.

Responsabilidades

Own and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform for IT and business processes.
Manage backlog and analyze requirements for new ServiceNow workflows and project prep.
Lead ServiceNow related projects including change and release management.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations to IT services (e.g., SAP).
Provide 2nd level support and coordinate external teams.
Maintain relationships with business users and stakeholders.
Develop user training concepts and documentation.
Continuously improve knowledge of ServiceNow technologies and best practices.
