Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is growing and seeking a senior ServiceNow specialist to join our Lisbon/Porto/Madrid teams. You will translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions spanning ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and integrations, delivering value across the full development lifecycle in a multinational context.

You bring 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders in enterprise environments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience working with ServiceNow platforms and solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and IT Service Management processes.
• Experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs and Roles, Workflows / Flow Designer, Custom tables and applications.
• Solid knowledge of CMDB, including data quality, CI management and configuration management processes.
• Experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and service modelling.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs and Integration Hub.
• Experience with Discovery and/or other ServiceNow ITOM capabilities is highly valued.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience working across the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to testing, deployment and production support.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT Service Management processes.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and complex governance requirements.
• Good understanding of platform governance, security, upgrades and performance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain existing ServiceNow solutions, including legacy/custom code.
