Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field.
- 3+ years as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL practices.
- ServiceNow CSA certification.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent in English; strong communicator with analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes and define business needs.
- Support ServiceNow ITSM implementations and enhancements.
- Manage user stories, backlogs and priorities using Jira.
- Maintain project documentation and requirements in Confluence.
- Support Agile ceremonies in ServiceNow context, UAT and solution delivery.
