Adecco Recruitment is seeking a ServiceNow Manager to lead growth and delivery of ServiceNow initiatives for a Lisbon-based client in a hybrid setup (1 day on-site). This is a strategic leadership role combining people management, client engagement, solution design, and delivery oversight across complex transformations.

We’re hiring: ServiceNow Manager

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Manager to lead the growth and delivery of ServiceNow initiatives within a dynamic and international environment. This is a strategic leadership role, combining people management, client engagement, solution design, and delivery oversight across complex ServiceNow transformation projects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ServiceNow teams, fostering collaboration, performance, and professional development
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, CSM, and others
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding business challenges and translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Manage project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations are successfully met
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define roadmaps, priorities, and technical strategies
• Drive governance, best practices, and compliance across all ServiceNow implementations
• Support business development activities, pre-sales engagements, and proposal preparation
• Contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow practice

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading ServiceNow teams and delivering ServiceNow projects in complex environments
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its key modules, particularly ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, and CSM
• Experience managing stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management principles and ITIL best practices
• Experience overseeing integrations, workflow automation, and platform governance
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA, or relevant module certifications
• Experience in consulting environments and large-scale digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments
• Business development or pre-sales experience within ServiceNow services
