Job summary

InnoTech in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join our 180+ InnoTechers team. You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.

Work with IT, HR, CSM, and Third-Party Risk Management teams to deliver scalable solutions, translating business needs into technical outcomes. English proficiency at B2+ is required; a solid ServiceNow background is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration on ServiceNow.
• English proficiency (B2 or above).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.
• Ensure scalable and high-quality implementations, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with IT, HR, CSM and Third-Party Risk Management teams, contributing with technical and functional expertise.
