Job summary

Jerónimo Martins is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst in Lisbon to bridge business needs with technology. You will gather requirements, translate them into ServiceNow capabilities, and support ITSM implementations while driving process improvements and value delivery across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years in a ServiceNow BA role, CSA certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field.
• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL practices.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent in English; strong communicator with analytical mindset.

Responsibilities
