• Fluency in English is required.

Aufgaben

• Manage and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and health.
• Review configurations, attributes, CIs, groups, and workflows to enhance performance.
• Configure CMDB to support ITSM deployment and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and lead continuous improvements.
• Propose and implement automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure best-practice compliance.
• Coordinate upgrades, manage permissions, and maintain instance performance.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Set up notifications, alerts, reports, and schedules for proactive management.
• Develop data load templates and train business owners.
