Jerónimo Martins is seeking a ServiceNow Professional to design, implement and optimize enterprise‑level ServiceNow solutions. You will act as the technical reference between business needs and platform architecture, delivering scalable, secure and high‑impact solutions while collaborating with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, developing customizations, workflows and integrations, and guiding best practices.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• CSA certification preferred (ITOM/ITSM a plus).
• Strong knowledge in ITOM discovery/visibility, Service Mappings, AiOPS and CMDB.
• Experience in development, architecture and integrations.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence; certifications are a plus (CSA/ITOM).
