Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to cover Europe, the Middle East and Africa with a focus on Portugal and English-speaking markets. The role is hybrid, based in Lisbon, with three days in the office weekly, and is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and sales roles, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and drive process improvements to deliver quality hires quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment across GTM/sales.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across key commercial business areas.
• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions.
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods.
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire.
• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months.
