The Rec Hub Limited in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring across commercial areas on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a hybrid model in Lisbon.

You will source top talent, partner with hiring managers, manage hiring data to drive better decisions, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Fluent Portuguese and English, 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, and hands-on sourcing across passive and active talent pools are essential.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Portuguese + English Speaking

Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

Hybrid in Lisbon

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.

It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

This is a hybrid role with some office time in Lisbon (3 days per week).

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
