Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to cover Europe, the Middle East and Africa with a focus on Portugal and English-speaking markets. The role is hybrid, based in Lisbon, with three days in the office weekly, and is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and sales roles, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and drive process improvements to deliver quality hires quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment across GTM/sales.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

Hybrid in Lisbon

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.

It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

This is a hybrid role with some office time in Lisbon (3 days per week).

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
