Beyond Gravity in Lisbon seeks a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and locations. You will source, assess and onboard candidates while partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure a high-quality, compliant hiring process.

You bring 4–6 years of experience in international recruitment, fluency in German and English, and familiarity with SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent.
• Fluent/native German speaker.
• 4–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience with ATS, ideally SuccessFactors, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidate-focused mindset and sales-driven approach to attract talent.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for external hires from intake to offer and handover to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and publish job ads in SuccessFactors.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks.
• Conduct CV screening, calls and interviews based on role requirements.
• Plan and coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and managers.
• Lead HR part of interviews and participate in additional stages as needed.
• Organize candidate assessments and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Support salary alignment within approved ranges and benchmarks.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Build talent pipelines and conduct talent mapping for critical roles.
• Contribute to employer branding events and related P&C projects.
