PagerDuty, Inc. in Lisbon seeks an experienced Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for Europe and global non-North American regions. The role requires hands-on sourcing across Engineering, GTM, and G&A, with collaboration across North American TA teams as needed.

The role is hybrid with in-office presence in Lisbon two days a week. You will build strong pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and help scale PagerDuty’s talent across Europe while upholding GDPR and compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS/enterprise software environment.
• Hands-on experience recruiting across Engineering/Product, Sales/GTM, and G&A in Europe (France/Germany/UK).
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across non-North American territories, focusing on Lisbon and Europe.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of tools and approaches.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Track and evaluate recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire and candidate quality.
• Promote the PagerDuty employer brand and represent the company to external communities.
