Job summary

Cognizant in Portugal/Spain is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead the technical deployment of cloud-based ServiceNow solutions for top-tier clients, developing modules, configuring the platform, and delivering high-quality solutions while working remotely from Spain or Portugal.

You will implement ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow suites, integrate with SAP, Azure, and other systems, and collaborate with analysts and consultants to translate requirements into technical

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation experience across multiple modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CIS certifications are a plus.
• Strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform core configuration and customisation tasks on the ServiceNow platform including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Design and develop custom applications, forms, lists, reports, and dashboards to meet client-specific requirements.
• Create and optimise workflows and Flow Designer flows for Service Catalog and ITIL processes.
• Develop and maintain the Service Portal using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other web technologies.
• Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP and JDBC.
