Job summary

Quanteam is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead the technical deployment of cloud-based ServiceNow solutions for top-tier clients. You will develop modules, configure the platform, and deliver high-quality solutions across the full project lifecycle while working remotely from Spain or Portugal.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement integrations via REST/SOAP and Integration Hub, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation across multiple modules.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
CAD or CIS certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITAM, CIS-SIR) — desired.
Demonstrated implementation experience in ITSM, HAM/SAM, ITOM, or SecOps-SIR.
Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and data transformation using import sets and transform maps.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and JDBC.

Responsibilities

Perform core configuration and customisation on the ServiceNow platform (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
Design and develop custom applications, forms, lists, reports, and dashboards to meet client requirements.
Create and optimise workflows and Flow Designer flows for ITSM processes.
Develop and maintain the Service Portal using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and related tech.
Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, JDBC).
Manage platform data using Import Sets and Transform Maps, ensuring CMDB integrity.
Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate requirements into technical designs.
Conduct unit testing, support QA/UAT, and manage code migrations via Update Sets/CI-CD.
Adhere to best practices to minimise technical debt and ensure platform stability.
Create and maintain technical documentation and post-implementation guides.
